摘要
幼儿园教师作为学前教育的关键要素,其专业化队伍的建设是提升学前教育质量的核心。现阶段幼儿园教师还存在着身份定位不明确、入职门槛低、职业认同度不高、晋升困难等问题,这些严重影响了稳定、高质量幼儿园教师队伍的建设。深化学前教育改革,就要从营造尊重幼儿园教师氛围、落实选聘标准、保障幼儿园教师利益、强化发展动机等入手,探索促进稳定、高质量幼儿园教师专业队伍建设的有效路径。
As construction of professional kindergarten teachers is a key to improvement of the quality of preschool education,the writers of this paper account for solutions to recognition of identity,unsatisfactory career threshold and difficult promotion the kindergarten teachers face.Likewise,it is necessary,in the context of the deepening reforms of the preschool education,to create a respectful atmosphere,adopt a job entry mechanism with strict criteria,safeguard the interests of kindergarten teachers and strengthen their motivations for development.
