摘要
教育改革虽然在紧锣密鼓推进,在实践中也取得了不小的成效,但常给人感觉力度还不够大,突破性成果还不够多。个中缘由,主要在于教育自身的保守性、依附性和低自觉性使得教育改革难有大的作为,教育决策中利益平衡难度大、预测预警能力弱、决策主体对教育规律把握水平有待提高等使得教育改革难有大的手笔,教育决策执行中知易行难、转化环节多、偏好性强等使得教育改革难有大的动作,教育决策效果具有滞后性难以评估、评价手段方法欠科学等使得教育改革成效的验证变得困难。正确对待并解决以上四方面问题,是教育改革取得突破性进展的关键。
Despite a promotion of education reforms and achievements in practice,great breakthroughs are hardly made due to conservativeness,dependence and low self-consciousness of the education itself.Therefore,the writer of this paper argues for administrators to attend to balancing interests,improvement of forecasting and early warning,and understanding of educational laws in educational decision-making.
