化解“四大短板” 振兴东北经济

Resolving the Four Shortcomings and Revitalizing the Northeast Economy

习近平总书记在东北考察期间,提出在东北经济发展中存在'体制机制、经济结构、开放合作、思想观念'四大短板。形成'四大短板'的原因分别是经济发展的历史文化、现实地缘、经济发展工作推动路径的影响。化解'四大短板',推动东北经济振兴发展,应采取坚持科学理论指导、坚持问题导向、坚持改革取向三大对策来推动解放思想大讨论,化解'四大短板'。

During General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection in the northeast of China,he points the four shortcomings existed in the economic development,which mainly focus on aspects of mechanism,economic structure,degree of openness and cooperation,and ideology.The reasons of those shortcomings are influenced by the history,geography and economic development modes etc.Therefore,this paper put forwards three strategies,which are adhering to scientific theory as direction,adhering to problem-oriented and adhering to reforming to promote the discussion on liberation of minds and then to resolve the shortcomings and revitalize the economy.
