摘要
洪水具有典型的集中性与骤发性特征,尤其是北方河流其7d洪量甚至可达年径流量的30%以上,据此,文章结合相关资料建立了POA的调度模型,并将分段试算法与防洪调度结合有效求解了参数指标的初始序列。然后以辽宁省锦凌水库为例,利用POA防洪优化调度模型得到了合理的调度方案,通过科学合理的拦蓄洪水、补偿调节以及消减洪峰等充分发挥了水库的功能作用。
Flood is characterized as typical centrality and flash, especially rivers in the north, the seven-day flood volume may even reach over 30% of the annul runoff, this study is to establish a POA regulation model based on relative information, and to find out the preliminary series of parameter indexes effectively using the subsection trial method combined flood control operation. Taking the Jinling reservoir in Liaoning Province as an example, a reasonable operation scheme was carried out with POA flood control optimization model;the functions of a reservoir were brought into full play by impounding flood, regulating through compensation and dropping down the flood peak scientifically and reasonably.
