摘要
高负荷、高水头以及高坝运行等大容量水电站特征,对电网系统产生较大的安全隐患。文章根据水电站机组安全运行要求和调度工作相关经验,以观音阁水电站为例,通过分析动态规划理论与水电优化准则,探讨了厂内最经济分配实用方法。研究表明:在水电站负荷分配方面该方法具有一定的实用性与科学性,能够满足厂区调度人员和机组安全运行的要求,可为提升水电站管理水平与经济效益提供一定参考依据。
Power station with large capacity is characterized as high load, high water head and high dam operation, which will produce big safe hidden dangers for electric net. Taking Guanyinge power station as the example, based on the safe operation requirements of power unit safety operation and relative working experiences about regulation, this study is to discuss a most economic practical allocation method within the station by analyzing the dynamic planning theory and hydropower optimization criterion.The results show that: this method has a certain practicability and scientific natures with respect of power load distribution, meeting the requirements for management staff of the power station and unit safety operation, which may provide a certain reference accordance to raise the power station management level and economic benefits.
