摘要
报道了以PVC膜五氯苯酚(PCP)离子电极测定木屑中残留PCP.测定了30多种常见无机、有机阴离子的选择性,只是苦味酸根离子有明显干扰.电极对阴离子的选择性次序为:PCP-~苦味酸根>2,4-二硝基苯酚>ClO-4~对硝基酚离子>邻硝基酚离子~间硝基酚离子>水杨酸>苯酚>SCN->I->ClO-4>3>NO-3>NO-3>CO2-2>Cl-~HPO2-SO2-4.25℃时,在Na2CO3浓度为5×10-3mol·L-1介质中,电极的线性响应范围为4.5×10-7~1.0×10-2mol·L-1,斜率为55±2mV/decate,检出限为2×10-7mol·L-1.用电位法在木屑中测得PCP的回收率为91%~93%,相对标准偏差在1.0~1.3%范围.该法用于木屑中PCP的测定,结果令人满意.图1,表2,参9.
Residual Pentachlorophenol was determined by potential method using Poly vinyl chloride membrane of pentachlorophenol selective electrode as indictor.More than thirty common inorganic and organic anions were examined, only picrate anion shows interference remarkable. The selective orders of the electrode to some anions are: PCP-~Picrate-> 2,4-di-nitrophenol > ClO-4> pnitrophenol > onitrophenol ~mnitrophenol > Sal-> Phenol > SCN- > I-> ClO-3> CO2-3> NO-3> NO-2> Cl-~HPO2-4> SO2-4.At 25 ℃, linear response range of the electrode for pentachlorophenol was 4.5×10-7 to 1.0×10-2 mol·L-1,with a slope of 55±2 mV/decade in 5×10-3 mol·L-1Na2CO3solution. The detection limit was 2×10-7 mol·L-1.The recovery for the pentachlorophenol determination in wood powder by potential method was in the range of 91~93% and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.0% to 1.3%.This method was applied to the determination of residual pentachlorophenol in wood powder with satisfactory results.1fig.,2tabs.,9refs.
