坚持两个“不能否定”——正确认识改革开放前后两个历史时期的关系

Adhering to the Two “No Negating”——Correct Understanding the Relationship between before & after Reform and Opening-up

两个"不能否定"是指"不能用改革开放后的历史时期否定改革开放前的历史时期,也不能用改革开放前的历史时期否定改革开放后的历史时期"。这是习近平总书记在2013年1月5日的讲话中所提出的一个重要命题。本文从"为什么要提出这一问题?""两个历史时期的差别及其性质是什么?""两个历史时期的本质联系及其提供的历史启示是什么?"等三个方面对如何认识这一命题进行了探讨。

Two 'No Negating'refers to not to let historical period after the reform and opening-up go against the historical period before the reform and opening-up,vice versa. That is the important question put forward by the General Secretary Xi Jinping in his remarks on January 5,2013. This paper will study three aspects such as why putting forward this question,the difference and characteristics of the two historical periods,and the relationship and the historical enlightenment of the two historical periods.
