培育和弘扬社会主义价值观是目前我国社会主义意识形态建设的重要任务,但在社会主义核心价值观来源问题上还有一些需要解释的理论难题。实际上,中国共产党在近代革命中已经形成了社会主义核心价值观的主体性内容,红色文化是社会主义核心价值观的来源和根本。这种认识不仅解决了社会主义核心价值观与中国传统文化、西方资本主义普世价值和国际社会主义运动价值观之间存在的认识困境,而且进一步指明了中国共产党"初心"的基本内容。

At present,to cultivate and carry forward the core values of Chinese socialism is an important task for the construction of socialist ideology in China. However,such as the source of the core socialist value outlook that that needs explanations. In fact,the CPC laid a good foundation for the main ideas of the outlook on the core socialist value in the modern revolutionary period. Red Culture is the source and root of the core socialist value outlook. This knowledge helps people out of the difficult position on the relationship between the core socialist value outlook and Chinese traditional culture,western capitalist universal value and the views of international socialist movement. And also it indicates the basic ideas clearly of the CPC 's 'initial heart'.
