习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话是习近平总书记文艺思想的集中体现,也是当前社会主义文艺繁荣发展的纲领性文献。中共十八届五中全会提出的"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的经济社会发展五大理念,为社会主义文艺的繁荣发展提供了新的要求和新的发展方向。以五大发展理念为引领,在社会主义文艺创作和传播中牢牢坚持"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念,是推动社会主义文艺大发展大繁荣的根本遵循和要求,也是新形势下实现中国特色社会主义文化繁荣兴盛的必然选择。

President Xi Jinping’s speech on the arts being a manifestation of Xi’s thoughts of arts is currently the programmatic document on prospering and developing the socialist arts.Five Development Concepts,i.e.innovation,coordination,green,opening up,and sharing,introduced by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC has offered a new direction for the development.The paper holds that the socialist literary and artistic creation should be guided by and adhere to the five concepts which is regarded as the basic requirement for the development of socialist arts as well as the only option for the prosperity of the Chinese culture.
