文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。马克思主义是中国进行社会主义现代化建设的指导思想,中国优秀传统文化孕育于中国本土,两者的自觉结合具有十分重要的意义。马克思主义立场是两者结合应该坚持的立场,要把继承优秀文化、对文化进行创造性转化和创新性发展作为两者结合的契合点向前推进。在结合的过程中,应该格外注意避免"马克思主义儒学化"错误倾向,坚决同西方资本主义思想斗争。在实践中,应把人民群众利益放在首要地位,把传统文化中的优秀部分同马克思主义进行自觉结合;坚持理论自觉和理论自信,强化理论创新意识,大力发展文化事业和文化产业,以实现坚定理想信念、推动社会主义现代化建设的目标。

Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people.Marxism is the guiding ideology of China’s socialist modernization drive.The excellent combination of traditional Chinese culture in China and Marxism is very necessary.Marxist stand should be kept for the combination of the two.It should be promoted for inheriting the excellent culture,creatively transforming culture and innovatively developing the culture.In the process of integration,we should pay special attention to avoiding the"Marxist Confucianism"wrong tendencies,and resolutely fight with the Western capitalist ideology.In practice,the interests of the people should be considered the first to consciously combine the fine part of the Chinese traditional culture with Marxism,to adhere to theoretical consciousness and theoretical self-confidence,to strengthen the sense of theoretical innovation,to vigorously develop the cultural undertakings and cultural industries,in order to achieve a firm ideals and beliefs,and promote the goal of socialist modernization.
