In November,1927,Hailufeng Soviet Political Power,the first workers and peasants’ political power of the county level in China,was born in the land revolution and the severe struggle against KMT reactionary rule.In the new era the socialism with Chinese characteristics has the inner close relation with this period of history.Inheriting the red gene of the Soviet Government in Hailufeng is very useful for us to study the spirit of the 19th Party Congress and unite and advance on the new journey of the socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era.
