改革开放是当代中国最鲜明的特色,也是我们党最鲜明的旗帜。改革开放40年来,在中国共产党领导下,中国人民从开启新时期到跨入新世纪,从站上新起点到进入新时代,中国特色社会主义事业获得了蓬勃发展,取得了辉煌成绩。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央继续高举改革开放的旗帜不动摇,从'改革开放'到'全面深化改革',从'实行对外开放'到'推动形成全面开放新格局','一带一路'倡议到'构建人类命运共同体'的提出,中国积极参与世界治理,贡献中国智慧和中国方案。

Reform and opening-up is not only the most distinctive feature of contemporary China,but also the most distinctive banner of our Party.During the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people have made great achievements in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the beginning of the new period to the new century and from a new starting point to a new era.Since the 18 th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,continues to hold high the banner of reform and opening-up,from'reform and opening-up'to'comprehensive reform',from'opening up to the outside world'to'promoting the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening-up'.The Belt and Road Initiative makes the proposal of'Building a Community of Human Destiny',and China actively participates in world governance and contributes China’s wisdom and China’s program to the world.
