摘要
陕北黄土高原生态环境动态监测与评价是生态环境建设工程中的重要组成部分,基于GIS的生态环境动态监测与评价系统是实施动态监测与分析的基本环境。根据不同层次用户的多样化需求,结合生态环境方面专家知识与经验,集成了与生态环境相关的各种专题基础信息和分析信息、各种基于生态环境作用规律建立的适用型专家分析模型,初步建立了面向生态环境建设工程相关人员的生态环境动态分析与评价系统,为各种用户可以提供相关数据查询与检索、数据动态分析、辅助规划等方面的支持。
The dynamic survey and evaluation for the entironment in loess altiplano of northern Shannxi is the important part in the entironment project. With GIS technology, the dynamic survey and evaluation system is a basic tool for implementing analysis in the entironment. In this paper, to meet with the different users' needs and with experts' experience and technology, many kinds of basic environment information were integrated to set up a expert analysis practicable model, and then one dynamic analysis and survey system was built so that users can get support by data query and analysis, and assistant plan in the entironment.
