非物质文化遗产视阈下旅游者满意度、幸福感及景区吸引力研究——以黄山市为例

Research on Satisfaction, Happiness, Scenic Attractions in the Perspective of Travelers Visiting Intangible Cultural Heritage Sight——A Study Based on Huangshan City

以黄山市非物质文化遗产为例,对350名旅游者进行满意度、幸福感、景区吸引力的问卷调查。根据研究结果对景区提出相应措施:增加对男性旅游者相关需求的关注;景区在继续做好服务旅游者的同时应对省内省外的旅游者群体做出针对性的景区宣传,并提高景区的可重复游玩程度;通过加强建设和提升服务质量等方式来积极提高景区吸引力,以在一定程度上提高旅游者满意度、幸福感水平。

This research, taking the intangible cultural heritage in Huangshan City as an example,has investigated the satisfaction, happiness, and scenic attraction from 350 tourists. According to the re?sults, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures for the scenic spots: paying more attention to the needs of male tourists in tourism;targeting the promotion of some specific scenic spots to the inside and outside provincial tourist groups while serving well for a frequent returning;actively enhancing the scenic attraction by improving the infrastructure and service quality, so as to improve, to a certain extent,the overall level of satisfaction and happiness of tourists.
