高校国家奖助学金“四维立体”育人资助模式研究

Research on the "Four-Dimensional" Educational Self-Help Mode of the University National Scholarships

目前,我国初步形成了一套"数额大、资助多、覆盖广,水平高"的国家奖助学金资助体系,从政策和制度上确保了家庭经济困难学生能获得公平的求学机会,肩负资助和育人功能。但随着国家奖助学金制度的实施,重资助、轻育人的趋势愈发凸显,责任教育、感恩教育、诚信教育、励志教育等育人功能难以有效发挥。本文预建构"济困""扶志""强能""律己"四维立体的育人资助模式,进一步强化学生资助工作的科学化水平,充分发挥国家奖助学金的育人功能。

At present, our country has initially formed a set of national scholarship granting system with 'large amount, more funding, wide coverage, and high level', which, through the national policy and system, ensures that students with financial difficulties in the family can obtain fair opportunities for edu?cation and support. The national scholarship granting system functions to sponsor and educate students.However, with the implementation of the national scholarship system, the trend of 'heavy on sponsoring,light on educating' has become prominent. The educational functions of responsibility, gratefulness, honest,and inspiration have been difficult to be effective. This paper proposes a Four-Dimensional educational mode of 'Aid-Poor' 'Support-Aspiration' 'Strengthen-Ability' 'Discipline-Oneself' to further enhance the scientific working in sponsoring students and fully function the educating role of the national scholarships.
