中亚国家经济发展质量评价体系研究

The Research to Evaluation System on Economic Development Quality in the Central Asian Countries

提高经济发展质量是世界各国共同追求的目标。中亚国家是"丝绸之路经济带"上与我国地缘最近、贸易合作基础最好的国家,其经济发展质量对双方经济合作水平、乃至"一带一路"建设质量均有重要影响。该文从经济发展的有效性、开放性、分享性、稳定性和可持续性五个方面构建评价体系,对中亚国家经济发展质量进行测度。研究表明:中亚国家经济发展整体质量水平有待进一步提高,具有较强的资源依赖性,并呈现出对外开放自主性小、可持续发展能力较弱等特点。最后基于上述研究结论,对深化中国与中亚经济合作提出若干建议。

This paper establishes the evaluation system of economic development quality from five aspects of efficiency,openness,sharing,stability and sustainability.The results show that the overall quality level of the economic development in the central Asian countries is comparatively low and most of them rely on the natural resources to some extent.There are also features of the low independence of the openness and the comparatively low ability of sustainable development.Finally,the paper suggests on promoting economic cooperation between China and central Asian countries from the perspective of The Belt and Road.
