There are three main topics in the study on political economy.The first is humanity hypothesis,which relates the motivations of human action.The second is economic system,which decides whether the social economy is effective or not.The third is the purpose of economic development,whether it is for people or for money?In ancient China,some literatures recorded rich and rational opinions concerning these problems. Analysis shows that thus traditional wisdom may be the important previously ideological material for theoretical innovations of socialism political economy with Chinese characteristics.
