科创网络推动区域创新的作用机理及实证分析——来自省级面板数据的证据

The Mechanism and Empirical Analysis of Technological Innovation Network Promoting Regional Innovation:From the Provincial Panel Data

在当前创新驱动战略背景下,区域科创网络对区域创新能力的影响已经成为学术界和业界的关注重点。本文从网络规模、网络关系和网络氛围三个维度表征区域科创网络的嵌入特性,并重新梳理了三个维度对区域创新能力的作用效果及影响机理,构建其关系研究模型。进而,利用创新能力显著的15省市数据展开实证分析,结果表明,在特定基础科创资源投入情况下,科创网络的网络关系和网络氛围均会增强科创资源投入对区域创新能力的促进效果,而网络规模的调节作用效果并不确定,在研发经费投入与创新能力之间起到"倒U型"调节作用,在人力资源投入与创新能力之间起到"U型"调节作用。区域科创网络一定程度上体现出平台经济特性,对区域创新能力带来影响作用。

In the context of current innovation-driven strategies,the impact of regional innovation network and innovation input on regional has become the focus of academia and industry.This paper characterizes the feature of regional innovation networks from three dimensions:network scale,network relationship and network atmosphere.We reorganize the influence mechanism of three dimensions on regional innovation ability,and construct the relationship research model.This paper uses the data of 15 provinces and cities to conduct empirical analysis.The results show that the human resources investment is more effective than R&D expenditure in improving the regional innovation ability.Network relationship and network atmosphere will enhance the promotion effect of innovation input on regional innovation capability,and the moderate effect of network scale is not certain.Network scale plays an inverse U-shaped moderate effect between R&D expenditure and innovation capability,and plays a Ushaped moderate effect between human resources investment and innovation capability.Regional innovation network reflects the characteristics of platform economy to a certain extent,and indirectly affects the regional innovation capability.
