摘要
论述了海洋矿产开发的战略意义 ,海洋矿产开采的特点 ,对有潜力的开采方法———管道提升采矿系统进行了重点分析研究 ,提出了加快技术研究速度的几种途径。
This article discusses strategic significance and characteristics of extraction technology of ocean mining. Efforts are be concentrated on the research of mining extraction through pipeline lift, which is potential extraction system. And some approaches are provided to accelerate speed of technical research.
