The dynamic force for evolving of research university includes the mechanism of social development (the unifying of competition and cooperation, demand and supply, automatic evolving and interference), the mechanism of technical development (disintegration and integration), and mechanism of higher education system development (diversification of the system, enrichment of the social function).
