On the internal origin of uncertainty between education and personal employment

摘要现代社会教育与个人就业之间的关系正由过去的确定性走向不确定性。个人对教育的选择、学校办学以及劳动力市场工作搜寻的一系列特征 ,是这种转变的内在根源。当前应该采取措施 ,将教育与个人就业关系的不确定性控制在适度。 The relation between the education and personal employment is changing from certain to uncertain in modern society. Personal choices on education, school\|running system and job hunting contribute to be the internal origin. The measure to take is to minimize the uncertainty in a proper and reasonable scope.
