中小学教师继续教育应关注的几个问题

据国务院和教育部有关文件精神,新一轮全国中小学教师继续教育培训已于2004年启动。在总结经验发扬成绩的同时,我们也必须正视过去存在的不足,关注尚未解决的问题,本文所提出的几点就是过去中小学教师继续教育中存在并需要在工后着力解决好的问题。

According to the spirit of document of the State Council and Ministry of Education, a new round of continued education of middle and primary school teacherswas launched in 2004. When we summarize experience and achievements ,we must face our defects and pay more attention to unsolved problems. Several points have been mentioned in the article , which existed in the past and need solving in future.
