高职高专院校作为国家高等教育系统的重要组成部分,应明确以实用型、技能型作为自己的办学定位,以培养生产或社会活动一线的实用型人才为根本任务,科学研究也应立足于地方的特殊资源与特殊需求,以应用研究为主,着重围绕人才培养目标的实现而展开。

As an important part of national higher education system, the higher vocational and technical college should be oriented to produce utility - type and skill -type personnel as its goal. And the main task is to cultivate practical talents for the front - line of production and social activity . Scientific research must be based on special local resources and requirements and focus on the talent's cultivation while giving priority to the application.
