浅谈对幼儿自信心的培养

On Cultivation of Children's Self-confidence

自信是成功的基石。儿童缺乏自信心主要是由于家长过度溺爱、过于严厉、过高期望等因素造成的。在对幼儿自信心的培养上,家长要营造民主型家庭的氛围,把孩子看作是独立的人,尊重孩子。幼儿园和家长合作,坚持各项原则,运用正确的方法,为孩子自信心的培养创设良好的环境。

Self-confidence is the key for success .Children lack self-confidence as a result of their parents' permissivenss , rigor and high ecpcctations. Parents should create the democratic home environment and look upon their children as independent individuals , besides respecting them . Kindergartens should stick to principles and work with parents to create a good environment for the over-all development of children .
