人才培养工作水平评估作为促进学校建设发展的重要手段,如何把握评估的内涵,在遵循高职高专院校办学规律的前提下,坚持"二十字"方针,使"迎评促建"取得实际效果,并对学校目前的人才培养工作水平做出事实求是的评价,要求党委在组织领导工作中做系统的思考和规范化的操作。文章从四个方面对如何加强组织领导保证"迎评促建"顺利开展进行了说明。
