今年的宣传工作要以邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想为指导,贯彻党的十六届四中全会精神,按照学校党委的统一部署,坚持"以评促建,以评促改,以评促管,评建结合,重在建设"的方针,为学校迎评改革发展提供精神动力和舆论支持。

This year,the publicity work of our University will be in conformity to Deng Xiaoping Theory,the Three Represents and the spirit of the 4th session of the 16th Party Congress,following the guideline of 'Constructing,Reforming,and Improving Management Through the Assessment with Em-phasis on Construction ' in order to provide the University with dynamics and support.
