摘要
河套地区水利开发的历史演变经历了屯垦水利、雁行水利、地商水利、民工水利四种基本方式,表现出来的人文特征是:1、时兴时废,大起大落;2、改天换地,以人合天;3、发财致富,聚集人气;4、挖渠不止,精神永存。河套水利开发的精神集中体现了创造农业文明的精神,河套水利文化是河套文化长廊中的一粒璀璨明珠。研究河套水利文化有利于当今经济社会发展,为再振河套雄风实现工业化宏伟蓝图提供有力的精神支柱。
Development of water conservancy is Hetao area has experienced the following stages:water conservancy projects building by garrison troops,by local merchants and by peasants,characterized by rises and falls,human manipulation,benefit-driven construction and willing devotion.The spirit in the development of Hetao water conservancy embodies the spirit of creating an agricultural civilization.Hetao water conservancy civilization is a shining pearl in Hetao culture.Research of Hetao culture is surely conducive to the social-economic development of industrialization of Hetao area.
