My Opinion of a Good Class Teacher for a Nursing class

班主任是班级管理工作的管理者和引导者,是学校与家长、学生与学生之间联系的纽带和桥梁。要做好班级管理工作,首先要与学生成为知心朋友,了解学生;其次应努力提高自己的教学水平,拓宽知识面,赢得学生的信任,这样才能成为一名合格的班主任。

A class teacher is a kind of a manager .He is a bridge or a link between the school and the parents , between students and students .If he wants to do well , he should make intimate friends with the students , comprehend them first , set a good example for them and be worthy of the name of a teacher . He also should improve his teaching level, widen his knowledge and win trust from the students . Thus he can become a qualified class teacher.
