The harmonious interpersonal relationship is the inner force to drive the work of technical secondary school libraries forward. The circulating and reading departments, which centralize the most streams of people inside the libraries, constitute a particular interpersonal environment. How to construct a harmonious relationship among the directors, librarians and readers means a lot to the service of the circulating and reading departments. Based on the work practice of several years, the author puts forward a basic idea for the construction of a harmonious relationship among the three.
