Further Thoughts on the Positioning of Higher Vocational Technical Colleges and Universities——Hetao University as a Case

围绕高职院校办学定位,本文论述了以下三个问题:为什么提出继续思考的问题;对定位研究方法的继续思考;定位视野中的几个问题。第一个问题,从3个方面论述:高职教育丰富内涵尚未完全展开,定位需要继续思考;高职教育要对急剧的社会变革作出动态回应,定位需要继续思考;难题需要从逻辑起点找出路,定位需要继续思考。第二问题,从3个方面论述:定位研究的多要素分析;定位研究的多维度分析;定位研究的多重根分析。第三个问题,从3个方面论述:服务宗旨与就业导向;理性工具与人文关怀;教师队伍与评估标准。

This paper discusses the following three aspects of the positioning of higher vocational technical colleges and universities: the need to think further about the question,the research methods and some issues in the vision of positioning.The first aspect concerns the need to think further about the matter since the implications of vocational education has not been completely laid bare,higher vocational technical colleges and universities must respond dynamically to the drastically changing society and prob-lems should be resolved in logical ways.The second aspect is about the multi-element analysis,multi-dimension analysis and multi-root analysis of positioning research.The third aspect is on the question of service and employment orientation,rational tools vs.human concern,the faculty and the evaluation norms.
