促进人的全面发展需要有良好的法律环境和有力的法律保障。法的产生是人发展的结果,法的发展是人发展的体现。法自身的价值是自由、平等、公正等;法追求的价值是法治、民主和正义。这些都体现了人发展的需要。法的最高价值取向应是促进人的全面发展。

Promotion of the overall development of man needs good law environment with legal guarantee. The creation of law is the result and expression of man's development. The value of law itself is freedom, equality, democracy and justice. These all embody demands of the development of man. The supreme value orientation of law consists in the overall development of man.
