摘要
发展社会主义先进文化,传承中华优秀文化传统,打造地区文化品牌,提升文化软实力,必须从战略角度着眼,贯彻和落实科学发展观,把握正确方向,采取科学措施,突出"把根留住","把水盘活","把蛋糕做大"三个着力点。"把根留住",就是强化品牌文化的特色、个性,解决好滥觞与传承,动力和优势,本色与本质的问题。"把水盘活",就是增强品牌文化的活力、生机。丈化的活力在于交流,在于文化的流行、流动,让文化流动起来,流行起来,文化品牌才会有活力,有生机,才会有发展,才会发挥作用、体现文化功能。把"蛋糕"做大,就是在注重繁荣文化事业的同时,重点发展文化产业。产业是文化发展的支撑,只有以产业演绎丈化,以文化升华产业,才能将丰富的文化资源变为现实的产业优势。
Developing advanced socialist culture,passing on the outstanding Chinese cultural traditions,building brands of regional culture and enhancing cultural power must be carded out from a strategic point of view,which means to carry out and implement a scientific outlook on development, follow the correct direction and take scientific measures to highlight the root-retaining,enlivening and expanding.Root-retaining means strengthening the characteristics,personality,transmission,motivation, power and superiority of the culture brand.Enlivening means enhancing the brand's cultural vitality, vigor,exchange and popularization.In this way,the culture brand will be viable and will develop and will play its role.Expanding means paying attention to the prosperity of cultural undertakings and at the same time focusing on the development of cultural industries.Industrialization is the basis for the development of cultural industries.Only by developing cultural industries can culture be enriched and cultural re- sources be turned into advantages.
