我国建立了具有自己特色的草原资源产权制度,但这套制度存在着有待改进的地方。产权制度的缺陷,束缚了我国草原事业的发展,不利于草原资源的可持续发展.改革现有的草原资源产权制度,建立一套适合的产权制度,是目前我国亟待解决问题。

China has set up a grassland resources property rights system with its own characteristics,but there is room for improvement in this system.Deficiencies in the property rights system checks and are not conducive to the sustainable development of grassland resources.To reform the current system and establish a suitable system of grassland resources property rights poses a pressing problem to our country.
