摘要
对V-ATPase c亚基的分析发现拟南芥液泡H^+-ATPase c亚基由VHA-c1,VHA-c2,VHA-c3,VHA-c4和VHA-c5五个同源基因编码。本试验采用定量RT-PCR技术研究了IAA、ABA、ACC处理条件下拟南芥五个VHA-c基因的表达量的变化,探讨了VHA-c基因对外源激素的响应,推测了V-ATPase c亚基在植物生长发育过程中的作用.
By analyzing the V-ATPase c subunit gene,Arabidopsis vacuolar H^+-ATPase c subunit gene is coded of five homologous genes -VHA-c1,VHA-c2,VHA-c3,VHA-c4 and VHA-c5. The test uses quantitative RT-PCR technique to study the quantity changes of the Arabidopsis five VHA-c gene under the conditions of IAA,ABA,ACC,and discusses the response of VHA-c to the exogenous hormone,infers the function of V-ATPase c subunit gene in the process of the growth of plants.
