浅谈高职学生身心发育特点及常见心理问题调适

A Brief Discussion of the Mental and Physical Development Characteristics of the Vocational High School Students and the Adaptation of the Common Psychological Problems

高职教育是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,具有广阔的发展前景。但是高职教育与普通高等教育又有着许多不同,使得高职学生与普通院校的大学生相比既有年轻人相同的性格特征,又有着不同的心理特点。认真探索和研究高职学生的心理特点和发展规律,针对普遍存在的心理问题,引导他们增强心理调适能力,全面提高心理素质,对培养高素质的技能型和实用型人才具有重要的现实意义。

Presently the higher vocational education has become an important part in the educational system of our country and has a broad development prospects.However,compared with the normal institutions of university students,the vocational education and the general higher education have many different characteristics,making the vocational students both young and having the same personality,yet they have different psychological characteristics.Therefore,it has important practical significance to give a serious exploration and study of the psychological characteristics of vocational students and its law of development and guiding them to improve the negative factors and enhancing the psychological adjustment when the students have common psychological problems in order to improve the psychological quality of vocational students comprehensively.This is also important to train high-quality skillful practical talents.
