胶原蛋白具有提高免疫力,预防癌症,提高钙的吸收等功效,因此成为重要的健康食品和保健食品,而胶原蛋白的生物相容性和神奇的止血功能、很好的机械强度等特性,又使其成为一种非常理想的生物材料.本文对胶原蛋白的基本生物特性及其开发利用前景作一简单介绍。
Collagen has some effects which can improve immunity,prevent cancer and improve the absorbing of calcium.Thus it is the main healthy food.Because of some special functions such as the biocompatibility,the magical function of hemostasis,good mechanical intensity and so on, collagen has become a kind of very plant material.
