摘要
半柔性路面是一种在开级配沥青混合料中填充水泥胶浆而形成的一种路面结构,它兼具有沥青路面与水泥砼路面的特点。其材料结构属于骨架-密实结构,作为其基体的沥青混合料则属于骨架-空隙结构,结合半柔性混合料粘结界面上的SEM扫面电镜和傅立叶红外光谱图的分析,对半柔性路面的优良的路用性能进行试验和机理的分析,研究结果表明:半柔性路面具有优良的高温稳定性和水稳定性,较好的低温抗裂性;母体沥青混合料设计空隙率为25%的路用性能最优;水泥胶浆的加入只是增强了沥青胶浆与级配骨料间粘结界面的特性,并没有改变沥青的性质;半柔性路面是一种综合性能良好、值得推广应用的新型高等级路面。
Semi-flexible pavement is generally described as a composition pavement that possess the characteristics of asphalt concrete and portland cement concrete,which is filled with portland cement grout in open-graded basic-asphalt-mixture.It is avoid-closed framework structure.In this article,the SEM and IR are used to investigate the performance of the semi-flexible pavement.The calculative results demonstrated that semi-flexible pavement had good rutting resistance at high temperature and good water resistance,and it also had better crack resistance at low temperature,especially,having the excellent preciousness performance,so that it improved the wearing ability of pavement.So,semi-flexible pavement has good synthetic performance and it is a new expressway pavement that is good for spreading.These results are significant to solve problems in highway engineering.
