河套灌区地面灌水技术的改进与发展

THE IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SURFACE IRRIGATING TECHNOLOGY IN HETAO IRRIGATED AREA

内蒙古河套灌区一直沿用传统的地面灌溉技术,而传统的地面灌溉技术存在许多问题.随着黄河水资源供需矛盾的日益突出,改进地面灌溉技术,有效提高灌溉水利用系数,对缓解河套灌区水资源短缺、保持灌溉农业的可持续发展具有重要意义.近年来河套灌区通过采用水平畦田灌溉技术、波涌闸管灌溉技术、膜上灌溉等灌水方法,使地面灌溉技术得到很大的改进,有效地提高了灌溉水利用系数,同时也提高了灌区地面灌溉的自动化能力,保证了高效、节水、节能灌溉目标的实现.

The traditional surface irrigating methods have always been used in Hetao Irrigated Area,but the traditional methods have many problems.With the contradiction between the supply and demand of the water from the Yellow River getting more and more serious,improving the surface irrigating technology and the factor of the use of the irrigating water will be more important to help to relief the shortage of water resource and keep the sustainability of agriculture irrigation in Hetao Irrigated Area.In resent years,the new methods such as level border irrigating technology,the wave surging brake irrigating technology,irrigation over the plastic film etc.have not only made the surface irrigating technology greatly improved,but made the factor of the use of the irrigating water and the automation capability of irrigation improved effectively as well,guaranteeing the possible realization of the target of efficient and economical irrigation.
