An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Geography Indications and Economic Development

本文针对目前内蒙古地区地理标志保护制度存在的困境,从五个方面对地理标志与地方经济发展之间的关系进行了合理界定,通过分析目前地理标志制度设计与运行中所产生的问题,来审视地理标志阻碍地方经济发展的具体情况,并提出相应的改进意见,以弥补法律制度上存在的漏洞。

In view of the problems of protection system of geography indications in the region of Inner Mongolia , this paper defines the relationship between geography indications and local economic development reasonably from five aspects. By the means of an analysis of the design of the system of geography indications and problems existing, the paper examines the concrete conditions of hindering the local economic development caused by geography indications putting forward some corresponding improvement suggestion to make up for the hidden loopholes of the legal system.
