浅谈高校图书馆的创新服务

A Brief Discussion on the Innovative Service of University Library

服务创新是提高图书馆服务工作效率,充分发挥高校图书馆职能的重要手段。现代大学图书馆的创新服务包括两项工作内容:一是结合创新服务需求搞好文献信息资源、设备设施和环境等的基本服务务件建设;二是结合本馆特点和服务对象需求,在流通、参考咨询、读者教育等工作领域创新服务方法和手段。

Innovative service is an important measure of both improving the efficiency of library service and giving full play to library functions.Innovative service of modern university library can be classified into two categories:firstly,improve the infrastructure construction,such as document resource,installations and facilities,favorite environment and etc.to meet the needs of innovative service;secondly, improve the methods and means of innovative service in me field of circulation,reference consultation as well as library user education,according to its own features and the needs of readers.
