摘要
以苯乙烯(St)为单体,十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂、过硫酸钾为引发剂,碳酸氢钠和氢氧化钠为复合缓冲剂,通过乳液聚合反应,合成了粒径分布均匀的聚苯乙烯纳米微球(PSt)。实验表明,当水与苯乙烯体积比2:1,引发剂为笨乙烯质量的1.5%,乳化剂为笨乙烯质量的1.0%,缓冲剂为苯乙烯质量的1.5%,乳化时间为1.5h,反应时间为7h,反应温度为75℃,采用连续多次滴加引发剂的方式,在此条件下制备出的微球粒径小于100nm。并用扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行了表征。
With styrene as the monomer,the sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier,potassium persulfate as initiator,sodium bicarbonate and sodium hydroxide as compound buffers,the polystyrene nanometer microspheres can be prepared through emulsion polymerization.The experiment result indicates that under optimum conditions of synthesizing,the monomer by experimental analysis is as follows: When the mole ratio of water and styrene is 2:1,the amount of initiator is 1.5%of the mass of styrene, the amount of emulsifier is 1.0%of the mass of styrene,the amount of compound buffers is 1.5%of the mass of styrene,the emulsification time is 1.5h,the reaction time is 9h,the reaction temperature is 75℃and in the continuous initiator drop mode,the size of the microspheres prepared under the optimum reaction conditions is less than 100nm in diameter.And the particle's average diameter is reexamined and confirmed under a scanning electronic microscope(SEM).
