摘要
近年来,各地高校招聘需求扩大,新教师数量激增。在专业课教育教学中,大部分新教师由于没有接受过系统的高等师范教育,而且没有教学经验,因此在教学准备上存在着诸多不足。本文通过分析高校新教师在教学准备中存在的问题,采用了参考文献法、观察法等针对高校新教师教学准备上的实际现状,提出了相应的教学准备策略,为新教师课前准备规划工作提供理论依据,使新教师尽快适应高校教学工作,从而将有效的课前准备转化为有效的授课。
In recent years,with the growing demand of recruitment,there have been a growing number of new teachers in colleges and universities across the country. Since most of them have no systematic experience both as a teacher and an educator,there are many deficiencies in their teaching preparations during the teaching of the professional courses. In this paper,by analyzing the problems existing in teaching preparations for new teachers in colleges and universities and by adopting such methods as documentary analysis and observation method which aim at the actual situation of teaching preparations,the author puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies and provides the new teachers with the theoretical basis for pre-course preparations in order to make new teachers adapt to college teaching work as soon as possible,and eventually convert the effective pre-course preparations into effective teaching.
