积极探索“四化”党建工作模式——江阴市农民集中居住区党建工作的调查与思考

An Active Exploration on the Working Model of Party Construction of Sihua——An investigation and thinking on party construction work in Densely Populated Area of Farmers in Jiangyin City

随着工业化和城镇化的加速推进,各地加快了"镇向城集聚、村向镇集聚、居民向城镇集聚"的步伐,形成了形式多样农民集中居住区。加强农民集中居住区党建工作,是党的基层工作的重要基础。面对新形势、新要求,江阴市积极借鉴城市社区党建经验,结合农村集中居住区党建工作特色,逐步形成了网格化的基层组织体系、扁平化的基层管理体系、多元化的党建服务格局、规范化的基层保障体系的"四化"党建工作模式。

With the industrialization and urbanization improving,the pace of 'town to city,village to town,farmers to cities and towns gathering' is accelerating all over the country,which forms the various densely populated areas of farmers.The party building work in these areas extends its sphere.Facing the new situation and new requirements,Jiangyin City actively learns from the experience of the community party building,merging the characteristics of the party building in rural densely populated areas,gradually forming the party building model of Sihua:the basic gridding system,the flattening management system,the diverse pattern of party construction services and the standardized primary security system.
