摘要
羊手术胚胎移植是一个多环节,十分复杂的过程。针对羊胚胎移植各个环节中可能遇到的微生物污染及其对胚胎发育的影响,综述了在羊手术胚胎移植各个环节上预防微生物污染的方法和措施,包括仪器设备、手术器械、各种用具的灭菌,冲胚液、解冻液、培养液的灭茵,操作环境的消毒处理及工作人员的无菌操作等方面。
The operation of the sheep embryo transplantation is a complicated process with multiple links.Considering the microbial contamination encountered in each link of the operation of the sheep embryo transplantation and its effect on embryonic development,this paper summarizes the methods and measures for preventing microbial contamination in every link of the sheep embryo transplantation operation,including the sterilizing of the equipments and various appliances,the sterilizing of the embryo flushing liquid,freezing thawing liquid and nutrient liquid,the disinfecting of the operating environment and the aseptic operation of the working staff etc.
