摘要
拟南芥V-ATPase c亚基由五个同源基因编码,且这五个基因对植物的生长发育具有比较重要的调控作用,同时可提高植物对逆境的耐受性。采用定量RT-PCR技术研究茉莉酸甲酯、水杨酸、氯化钠以及PEG 6000处理下拟南芥五个VHA-c基因表达量的变化,发现在上述处理条件下,VHA-c基因的表达量均有不同程度的增加,说明VHA-c基因有助于提高植物对非生物胁迫的抵抗能力。
The subunit c of Arabidopsis vacuolar H+-ATPase(V-ATPase) is coded by five homologous genes. The five-gene play a key role in the growth and development of plants. At the same time, it can improve the tolerance of stress. Study on the VHA-c genes response to Me JA, SA, Na Cl and PEG 6000 by RT-PCR, we found that the expression of VHA-c genes enhanced by different degrees. The result indicates that VHA-c genes can improve the piant resistance to abiotic Stresses.
