西藏自古以来是中国不可分割的组成部分。达赖集团于1959年叛国外逃后,始终没有放弃"西藏独立"的政治投机主张和分裂国家的破坏渗透活动,并得到西方反华势力的支持。近年来又抛出"中间道路",叫嚣"不再转世",蒙蔽世人,欺骗舆论。为打击和防范达赖集团及类似的分裂图谋,必须采取对策,把握当前,掌控未来,实现藏族地区与边疆局势的长治久安,巩固统一多民族国家。
