切开间断放血对改善断指再植术后静脉危象的应用与护理

The Application and Nursing of Incision and Intermittent Bleeding on Improving Venous Crisis after Replantation of Severed Fingers

目的:探讨间断放血疗法在断指再植术后静脉危象中的应用及相关护理措施。方法:采用结构式观察法,选择2013年4月-2013年6月进行的断指再植术出现的静脉危象共36例41指病人进行调查,其中13指抬高患指为对照组,28指切开间断放血为观察组,观察记录再植指血运情况及成活率,并进行统计学分析,结果切开间断放血组成活率明显高于抬高患指组,结论:断指再植术后出现静脉危象是导致手指坏死的主要原因,切开间断放血疗法是改善再植指静脉危象的有效方法,切开后对患指的护理尤为重要。

Objective,To approach the application of intermittent blood-letting therapy in venous crisis after replantation of finger and the related nursing measures. Method,Take the method of structural observation, Choose the patients from 2013 April to June 2013 with replantation of venous crisis, a total of 36 cases and 41 fingers are investigated, of which 13 fingers referring to raised patients as control group, 28 fingers of incision and intermittent bleeding as the observation group. Observe and record the blood supply and survival rate of the replanted fingers, and the statistical analysis will be carried out. The results show that the survival rate of the incision and intermittent bleeding group is significantly higher than that of the raised finger group.Conclusion, the venous crisis after the replantation of severed finger is the main reason for the finger necrosis, and the incision blood-letting therapy is an effective method to improve the venous crisis of the replanted fingers. nursing is particularly important for the wounded fingers.
