A Brief Study on the Interest Integration Mechanism of the Ruling Party in the Perspective of Social Transition

利益整合是政党的重要功能,转型期我党面临着阶层分化导致利益诉求多元化、各阶层矛盾冲突加剧、社会纵向流动通道阻滞、权力行使不公与腐败现象严重、传统的政治权威大量流失等利益整合的挑战。要夯实党的执政合法性基础,必须拥有雄厚的执政资源,建立畅通多元的利益表达机制,重视弱势群体利益诉求,建立公正开放的社会流动机制,坚持主流意识形态,遏制党内腐败,从而进一步巩固党执政的合法性基础。

Interest integration is an important function of the ruling party.In the transition period,our party is faced with many interest integration challenges such as the diversification of interest demands caused by social stratum differentiation,intensified confliction among various social strata,the blocking of social longitudinal flowing passages,unfair executive power and rampant corruption and the tremendous loss of traditional political authority.To consolidate the party's ruling legitimacy base,we must have a strong ruling resources,establish a clear mechanism of interest expression,attach importance to the interest of vulnerable groups,establish a fair and open social mobility mechanism,adhere to the mainstream ideology and curb the corruption of the party.In this way can we make further consolidation of the legitimacy of the ruling party.Zongxi's thought when they tapped it into its full potential out of pragmatic purpose.
