高校党组织新时期思想政治工作的特点和对策研究——以河套学院思想政治教育为例

On the Characteristics and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Work of the Party Organization of Universities and Colleges in New Era——Taking the Ideological and Political Education in Hetao College as an Example

当今国际和国内社会正在经历着重大的变革,各种思想和意识形态纵横交错,对高校思想政治教育工作产生极大的影响,加强基层党组织对学生思想的了解和引导显得尤为重要。本文梳理和归纳了基层党组织的宣传和监督、导向和力量整合功能,阐明了高校思想政治教育工作的意义和特点,以河套学院的基层党组织开展思想政治教育工作为案例,结合国际、国内形势变化,以及当代大学生的思想特点,为改进高校基层党组织的思想政治教育提出新思路。

The current international and domestic society is undergoing significant changes with various ideas and ideologies intrigued,bringing about great influence to ideological and political education work in Colleges and universities,thus it is particularly important to strengthen basic party organizations' understanding and guidance in students' ideas.The propaganda and supervision,guidance and power integration function of the basic party organization has been summarized and the significance and the characteristics of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities have been illustrated.Taking the ideological and political education of basic party organizations in Hetao college as a case,the article has put forward some new ideas to improve the ideological and political education of basic party organizations in combination with the international and domestic changing circumstance and the' ideological characteristics of contemporary college students.
