Optimization of Culture Conditions for Cordyceps Sinensis

摘要 冬虫夏草是我国的传统中药材,分布广泛,种类繁多。本实验选用不同真菌培养基对虫草进行固态、液态培养筛选。结果表明在相同培养条件下,改良CYM对于虫草的培养更为有利。因此,改良CYM适合于冬虫夏草的分离培养及深入研究。 Cordyceps sinensis is a traditional medicine in our country,which wildly distributed and wildly varieties.This experiment chooses different fungi mediums for cordyceps culture screening,that solid and liquid.The results show that the modified CYM will be more favorable in cordyceps culture.So we can learn from that the modified CYM is fit for isolation and culture of cordyceps and further study.
